I've been feeling "creative" or maybe it's just the line-up of ideas I have in my kitchen that need to be "done" in order for me to continue my Christmas clean up. Yesterday I fixed up this wicker chair, it's been in my way for a couple of weeks. I played with coconut oil to soften the wicker, my kitchen smells great, BUT coconut oil goes bad, so what does one do with the piece you've been working on. So far I've done an old sewing machine and now this wicker chair. We shall see ...A cat had scratched and chewed the arms of this chair, so I thought I could just macrame it back to perfection, I ended up needing to tie all the stuff together before I macramed it. You know those macrame curtains are on my mind...

Santa's elves have nothing on you for either industriousness or creativity, dear Irene. Why, that chair looks like it is wearing (with style, I might add) the most elegant of designer bandages on its boo-boo. Well played.
I've heard of many uses for coconut oil, but furniture is a first. your wreath is bright and cheerful, really perks up the spirit.
Santa ought to be really happy with that handiwork, Miz Elf! Both projects looks great!
I wish I could make a wreath like that - I guess I need to get over my fear of glue guns.
Very creative job on the chair! Love the wreath!
you have been busy.
I love the wreath!
