Easy peezy...

Yummy... On Friday night my sister's and I and my lovely nieces had a sleepover. Some of the group couldn't sleepover, what with jobs and babies, but we had eats... Donna, my eldest sister, had bought us Brie bakers. Well I had used mine for other cooking, but Donna brought a hunk of Brie and some Pilsburry Croisant Rolls
She divided the dough in half and wrapped it around the cheese, placed it in the Brie Baker, heated it in the oven at about 300 degree for about 20 min. and then put 1 cup of cherry pie filling on top and continued baking until bubbly. It was very nice and easy peezy. We then had other stuff too, like shrimp and taco dip, and pizza and banana pudding that would knock your socks off. I'll try to wrestle my niece for the recipe of that one. Dipped our hands in hot wax and sat with oven mitts on watching a movie. We watched SALT, reminded us of the time we piled the kids in the car and went to the drive-in movies and saw Laura Croft,Tomb Raiders. That was a few years ago, we couldn't do that now, we'd all need new hips.
