THIS WEEKS LETTER IS: "C"
My choice this week is Catcher in the Rye. I read this book many, many years ago, but since the recent death of Salinger, I think I should re-read it. It was actually a forbidden book in our English class, now looking back on it, I'm sure our English teacher knew we would all rush out and read a book he wanted us to. I don't know how many of my classmates read it, but I did, and remember being somewhat overwhelmed. So now that I'm far more mature than I care to admit, it's time for a re-read.

I've actually never read this yet.
I re-read it a couple of weeks ago actually, when I heard that JD Saliger died. I still like it!
PS: don't worry about the comment ;), hope your day will get better!
There are a few books listed this week that I've heard of and never read.
They should be on my TBR list, including this one.
I loved this a teen. Wonder how I would react as an adult.
I've never read this but plan to for the "I Wish I'd Read That" challenge!
Thanks for playing!
I LOVED this book! I read it for the first time last year, and it was one of my favorites. Good review!!
Wow I am so impressed with all the reading you do. We know I've been glued to my tv watching the Olympics but even so have been a real slacker about my book reading. Are you a fast reader Irene? What's your secret?
