It's almost back to school for us here in Canada, and you know the old saying an apple for the teacher. I hope all the teachers out there have a wonderful year, (Martha, Mishia, Mike, Alice, Larry, Valerie,Carolyn and especially Enza (her first year), remember to be so good that there will be no substitute for you.

I'm glad my kids school days are over. I was so burnt out by the time my youngest finished...I deserved a bushel of apples...it was so much work getting that child to do his homework.
Happy back to school for all the teachers. I always loved the first day of school. My dad would take it off work so he could drive us in...even the first day of university...those are great memories.

Thanks - I still get nervous the first day of school - I wont sleep tonight (dont tell the students that though!!!)
