Over the last couple of years we have had a couple of Mallards hanging around our yard. Well this year they discovered the pond.
My house detective caught them red handed or with fish in beak. He was flipping out, he'd kept the water warm for his fish, so they overwintered, and here they were feasting on the fatest fish. Don't you just love nature.

Bad ducks! When they try to nest around my pool (before the cover is off), I chase them away.
