Happy Mother's Day...

These are my boys, Daniel (pictured at the top ) was at his wits end as to what to buy me for Mother's Day, we had a whole conversation on why I need a plane sharpener, yes you read right, a plane sharpener.  Do you suppose Daniel needs one and figured he could gift it to me and then take advantage of the "tools library".

Sasha (pictured below) wanted to know if I need a garden wagon.  You see I often call him to help me haul something.  I wanted to say," no I want you to take out the trash and haul the top soil. " But, I didn't I simply said," I have no room for such an item. "

Hmm so what I do get will be a total surprise.

I want to be totally "Hallmark" and say, it's enough of a gift to have the two best sons a mother could hope for.

But I should have sent them to finishing school, they are such "guys".

Happy Mother's Day to all.  I'm going to treat myself to something completely frivolous.

I hope you had a great Mother's Day Irene, and that your boys got you something you really really want, and not a plane sharpener or a garden wagon.

Can't wait for you to post what frivolous thing you bought for yourself!

A belated but no less heartfelt Happy Mother's Day to you, dear Irene. I know whatever presents those wonderful guys got you, it was their presence that meant more. And I hope you did get something frivolous for yourself. xoxo
