Saturday Snapshot...Handy Andy

what's with the hair H.A.?
This is Handy Andy in all his splendor.  Behind him you can see a cabinet his grandmother bought for us as a shower gift, well I picked it out and she $$$$$$.  All that stuff on top is H A stuff he unloads from his self when he comes in.  I've since moved that cabinet down to my workroom to "Cottage Paint" I've gotten as far as taking off the doors and Kiltz ing the knots, and one coat of paint, and a little distressing, since the is Handy Andy's dumping ground I thought I'd try a rooster transfer on the doors, it didn't work to my liking so back to the drawing board,or painting table as it may be.

This photo was taken awhile ago, since I still have Emily's growth chart on the wall.  It's now in her room. But, Handy Andy seems to always be sitting in front of that cabinet and it's the only "before" shot I have.

Google is having troubles--I've written several comments to you, now, and none of them have gone through! ARGH! Anyhow--I love this snapshot. ((HUGS))

Oh dear - H A doesn't look too happy!

You are so resourceful! I wouldn't have a clue about altering doors like that. I hope it works out this time.

He looks like he's either not thrilled to be doing what he's doing or not thrilled to be having his photo taken!!

Well that's going to be gorgeous and so stylish when you get it finished, dear Irene. There is a handy counter that TG passes as soon as he walks in the door and when we first lived here, it was constantly PILED with his notebook and wallet and keys and phone and paint swatches and receipts and screwdrivers and thumb drives and junk mail and other various and assorted detritus from doohickeydom. I finally said NO MORE OF THIS and now he takes his stuff directly to his office and dumps it all on his desk which looks like a lost cause but I don't have to look at it. Now the only thing that gets put on that counter is the mail. xoxo

Happy Birthday
