Well I'm all confused as to what today is. I'm thinking Sunday Salon, only to discover it's Wednesday. I should be posting a wordless ... I'm so thankful to all of you who have kept my sister in your prayers. Things seem to be improving, she's out of Intensive Care and in a step down unit. All the tubes, except the catheter are out. Her breathing is still labored but she's doing it as best she can. I'm afraid to say things are better, per chance they do a backward visit, however... Keep on praying, I'm sure that's been her gift. I won't be seeing her until tomorrow, it's New Years Day and I'm not sure what the buses will be like, and I'm sure her friends will finally get to see her. She's had excellent care up till now, let's hope it continues. Thank You all again and please continue.
A long time ago I decided to keep a little journal of prayers answered, this is most certainly one of those entries. Just in case I forget blessings received.

Wonderful news that your sister is steadily progressing. The days get all messed up during the holidays. I thought today was Thursday and I missed Wordless Wednesday too. Ah, next week.
Oh Irene. I hope that things continue to look up for your sister and that your 2014 is blessed and happy. It does feel weird today being a Wednesday, huh? Crazy to think that there are still two more days until the weekend.

Weird eh..I kept thinking New Years Day was Sunday..all day. and I live all the way down under! Just think, we now get an extra weekend! ;-)

It's totally understandable how to lose track of the days. And I am glad to hear that your sister is turning a corner on her serious health issues. I will continue to keep her in my prayers.
