Postcard Friendship Friday... Cheery Christmas

As we are nearing the festive season and this is actually the first Friday of Advent, I'm sharing my little card and it is little. 2x3 inches only. This card was gifted to me by one of my painting pals.  Not sure when this card was printed but it's really cute. The language in the greetings makes me think a very long time ago.  THANKS Lois.

Since I have no idea of the age of this little card I googled Clifton Bingham and discovered that perhaps he was to be credited for more than the verse on this card.  Indeed I think he may be the Clifton Bingham author of a number of children's books and some musical talent as well.  That would make this card produced somewhere between 1859- 1913 (cool) I'm not very knowledgeable in these matters so if someone out there knows better, please correct me.

Postcard Friendship Friday is hosted by Beth at The Best Hearts are Crunchy.

My question this Friday to all you postcard collectors is:  How do you store/sort all your cards?

That's so pretty, dear Irene. You should decoupage it onto something and hang it around for a Christmas decoration. I'm into decoupaging now.

It's a lovely little card, and you're right, it does sound old.

How do I sort cards? With difficulty. :) I have shoe boxes full of them, separated into countries. Special collections, like map cards, go into albums.
