One of a Kind...

Each Christmas season for as long as I can remember I've attended the One of a Kind show and sale.  This is an awesome event that presents wonderfully creative individuals selling their creations.  Such an individual is my blogging friend Carmi.  This season Carmi is actually doing a class and since I'm so slow on the uptake, I didn't get in.  However, Carmi is having a blog contest offering a ticket to her class.  If you live in the local area and are able to attend the show please enter.  You'll be glad you did.  and then shop at the show, it's a great experience and your gift recipients will receive unique gifts in their stockings.  The only problem you'll have is actually parting with your purchases.  Good Luck and see you there.

That is one of the hardest parts of giving neat gifts, isn't it? Parting with your purchases!

Handmade gifts are the most special of all! I am saying a little prayer that you win the giveaway and be able to attend that fun workshop!

Isn't it cool when you buy a gift so wonderful, you wish you could justify keeping it for yourself? That's when you know it's truly a perfect gift and will be cherished. At least ... that's how it should work out! LOLOL Happy gift-giving season, dear Irene! May all your giving-and-receiving dreams come true.

Love this time of year for all the creativeness it brings out. Here with it being so warm and all, not quite the same, but good anyway. Summer n surf n beaches, n kids and cousins. Fun.
I'm doing some Christmas T shirts for all the kids for their bi-annual get together. The little NYC family are packing as I write and will be here in a few short days. Can't wait.
