Got up early today, (not so early), and could smell my peaches ready for processing. I also had a whole basket of peppers ready to go as well. I peeled and chopped and measured out wonderful ingredients to make "Mrs. Smith's Peach and Pepper Relish". Figured I'd get a dozen jars out of my production. Well, I got a few more than that, and so panic set in, since I had only allotted 12 jars for this recipe. There will be on BIG HONKING production of peach and pepper relish at someone's party. My last jar was LARGE. And now I'm officially out of jars.

That sounds like something I'd eat right out of the (big) jar with a spoon, dear Irene. WONDERFUL. I love sweet things with some bite. You are so talented and industrious! xoxo
I ran out of jars this summer! I do my canning in the middle of nowhere, Nova Scotia, where I spend the summer with no car. I packed the freezer full of fruit until a car came and rescued me :) at one point I was picking 6 quarts of raspberries a day! I really do need to plant a peach tree.....
Wow! You've been busy, my Friend! I found some blue canning jars--they're so pretty. <3 I hope you are doing well this holiday season. :D
