Sunday Salon...

I'm doing some painting... a chair.  I've put Anne on the TV while I do so. A thought occurred to me,  I wonder if after watching this show the Children's Aid Society get request for adoption of orphans.

I've never read the book Anne of Green Gables, terrible Canadian.

My daughters and I watched Anne of Green Gables so many times while they were growing up. Wonderful series. I've never read the book either, but now you have me rethinking that.

Dear Irene, you're not a terrible Canadian. That said, I must point out that Anne of Green Gables was a staple in our house too, when my daughters were young girls. What a great story and so beautifully brought to the screen. This has me thinking I should get that series for my granddaughter Allissa. Maybe for Christmas this year. xoxo

Hi Irene. Good to hear that you may be getting better, since you are painting again.
