For today...

Looking out my window
It's very sunny and HOT!
I am thinking
I really don't want to think about the dirt in this house

I am thankful
the warmer weather, but just a little cool down would be nice, but not till Monday.

One of my favorite things
having dinner and a movie with my boys

I am wearing
work clothes, plan on getting dirty today

I am creating
a few new things.
fresh out of the oven

I am reading
I'm going to take part in the Harry Potter read a thon with my niece in Poland

I am hoping
to have enough energy to clear off enough room to paint my table top
I am learning
to stop saying, "how can I help"
In my kitchen
I'm thinking Bacon/Broccoli Pasta

In my garden
quite a mess, it's too hot and dry to enjoy

   Board room
I have so many pins on pinterest, but of late I'm looking to be inspired for subject matter for my table next spring.

I think it might be "I'm sew glad we're friends"

I know most of my guest don't sew but... I do and I think they should have a piece of me.

Here are a few more pictures of my baking adventure....

Sounds like the weather where you live is pretty much like where I live.

I love all your craft thing.

I've tried painting on glass before and it's hard. Your glasses are gorgeous!

Those glasses! I had to look and look and I still don't know if it's paint or real flowers, dear Irene. Amazing. Also I looked up the weather forecast for Mississauga for the next ten days. It looks like you will be about ten degrees cooler than us. We are enjoying high 80s to low 90s instead of triple digits. I mainly stay inside and let the men work in the yard. You wouldn't believe all my Andrew has done around the place since he moved to Columbia. I'm going to like having him around. I'll have to share pics. xoxo

Saturday Snapshot... tea cup

This is a teacup my aunt Julia gave me,  it's very gold.  When we were very young, my sisters and brother and I, all went to Polish ...
