Once again, it’s time for Vee’s monthly note card party!
In the last while I've spent more time in a hospital than I'd like to. In so doing I've noticed what sappy cards are sent to the ailing patient for one surgery or another. I know sometimes things are serious, believe me, but a little humour goes a long way. So today for Vee's Note Card Party I give you my trees with health issues. With a few sentiment suggestions.

So Sorry your arthritis is acting up... |
|
So glad you had that hideous bunion cut off... |
|
A little cream and that rash will be gone in a flash... |
I hope you will have time to stop by A Haven for Vee and visit her other participants!

These are great! I love the sentiments that you put with them. They made me smile.
Thanks for visiting me and your nice comment.
Hi Irene,
Firstly, I hope you are feeling better.
Your witty note cards made me laugh! Each diagnosis is 'spot on'!
Have a lovely day!

These are a fun change form regular get well cards. Those trees sure have 'issues' though. :)
LOL! Great idea!
Made me laugh! I'm sorry to hear that you've been spending way too much time in the hospital. It is certainly true that a merry heart does well like a medicine. Keep wearing a grin (and passing them on).
I hope you're feeling soon, Irene. I love your idea of the ailing tree photos as get well cards.
I am giggling!! I have often searched and searched for just the right humor to send to a sick friend because just as you said, sometimes they just need a smile or laugh more than anything.
I loved these, and now I am on a mission to find photos to make my own since you can't always find what you're trying to say.
I love the way you look at things in a big way and am glad I met you at the Note Card Party.
You have me laughing out loud. Yes, a little humour goes a long ways. Laughter heals - it's a good medicine. Printing these up and giving them to hospitalized patients would make their day.
Cute pictures for fun(ny) cards!
Funny sayings, and a good use of tree oddities!
How cute! I think you're the first one that's had fun like this! I love it! You are a joy! Hugs!
These are funny, Irene; the sentiments go perfectly with the funny shaped trees. :-D
I hope you're feeling much better now; and by the way, I always appreciate a little humor, too. Have a great week!
Denise
LOL! So glad you didn't include one with a broken limb!
These are cute! I wrote an article last year on wood burls and your first photo is the best example I've ever seen.
Haaa, I know a tree surgeon who would probably appreciate your astute diagnoses, dear Irene. No hospitals for you, for a long time to come! xoxo
