Irene's desk is my research blog for my romance novel.
Oh, I love that too! The cool green tones are so calming with the addition of the water. And you lined up a classic scenic composition with a foreground, middle ground, and background. Beautiful! Thanks for jumping in, Irene. Please don't fret over the camera equipment. The challenges are about what you can do with what you have. And beautiful photographs don't care what hardware got them to their final destination - in front of our eyes.
Wow! That tree is placed perfectly in your photos and the trunk of it is so dark that it gives a nice contrast! Beautiful photo for the challenge!
Nice perspective. I love it when impromptu photos come out so good.
I like this scene you took, it is so peaceful looking.
Any picture of water seems to be a winner, dear Irene. BTW I am feeling much better today. Thank you for your prayers. I am so grateful.
I really like the framing that you used and the colors are so very green. It's beautiful!
Love the photo Irene.Good on you for joining in. My photos are fairly ordinary, as my camera is still not working.
Aww, I don't have a fancy camera either, but just enjoy taking pics. This one is very nice, I like it! :)
I'm afraid you'll get this twice, but I do love your photo. I don't have a fancy camera either, just love taking pics. :)
Great job! You have really good composition and the tone is very nice.
I think this is a beautiful photo. I have gotten many nice ones with a small point and shoot and my phone.
Lovely shot! Good composition! Well done! You don't need a fancy camera, just a good eye...
Very pretty! What a relaxing view.
I'm not fancy either but your photo is a great capture! What a beautiful spot!hughugs
Truly a great composition.
Very pretty! Just shoot scenes you like and it often turns out beautiful. Half of photography is having a good eye, and make sure the light at your back. I get some great stuff on auto setting with my little point and shoot.
It's just beautiful. I love looking through the tree to beyond. It looks like it could be in Pennsylvania.
Your photo is beautiful lush and green, Irene. I do love the stark silhouette of the tree in the foreground - very dramatic. Great job.
So lovely - countryside with water always a winning composition.Mary
