Note Card Party... enter through the garden gate

Enter through the garden gate, where hearts delight and hands create

It's time for Vee's Note Card Party .  Here four of my photos that I would certainly use as note cards, heck may do it tomorrow.  I need to write a few notes.

You can tell I've been working in my mess of a garden and wishing this is what it looked like.  Clearly I need some statuary.  Statues always make things look more elegant. Wonder if they would let me bring my wagon on the bus?

In the shadow of a friend
Green is my valley

We're gathering in the garden, won't you join us?

Just to clarify, this is NOT my garden, but I wish...

Oh, I adore those photos of statuary! I'm planning on stealing that first one, so no need to take your cart over to it! LOL...

I agree...statuary or some element besides flowers and greenery sure adds to the mood of a garden. Lovely note cards! Hope that you do make up a set.

I love statuary in a garden for focal points, or a surprise to find hiding under a few leaves. I am a big fan of wrought iron and have fencing as well as many garden art features made of it.
The gate is awesome, I'd trade mine for it in a minute.

I love statues....I actually inherited 2 antique ones from my Brother's in Laws when they moved out of Oakville...and another one my husband bought me when my Mom passed away a Cherub sitting on a bench.
Yes these would make great cards....I'm sure your garden looks lovely.

Hello Irene,

Thank you for stopping by my blog and commenting the postcard meme. I agree with you in those points statues always make things look more elegant even the smallest one, and I also wish I had a garden like this.

It's definitely a enchanting share.
