Doesn't this look wonderful. This photo was taken this past August, when my company from Poland visited. My niece had made a list of places she wanted to see, one was China Town. This is our local China Town, other than this scene the remainder was horrendous. I actually had to hold my breath to take this shot, as I'm sure she was while posing. The odours were foreign. With this tremendous looking entry you'd think the other elements would be wonderful, unfortunately not so. A good day none the less, we went out to eat, not here, and then walked along the waterfront which is beautiful.
Saturday Snapshot is hosted by Alyce at At Home With Books.

It's too bad that it wasn't a pleasant experience for all of the senses! Lovely shot though! :)
Hi Irene,
peccato che non sia stata una bella esperienza per te, però la foto è veramente bella !
Buona serata :))

It looks very pretty from where I'm sitting. Too bad you were there on a bad smell day.
It sure looks beautiful and serene. So unfortunate that the pervading odor cut your visit short. Gorgeous photo, though!
I'm glad I didn't have to smell it. Still, the picture looks good.
How truly beautiful this shot is...too bad about the smells!
Thanks for sharing...and for visiting my blog.
That's a very colorful pavilion. And your beautiful niece.
My wife and I had visited Ontario a lot when we lived in Buffalo and Michigan.
That was such a lovely day Ciociu!;)
Too bad the rest of it wasn't as promising as this lovely entrance!
it's a shame China Town was not more welcoming - the picture is gorgeous.
glad it turned out to be a good day after all
Funny I would never imagine such a beautiful scene smelling so bad.
It looks truly serene. Thanks for stopping by! :)
The pagoda is lovely - I love the red. Too bad it was stinky!
"The odours were foreign" ... LOLOLOL only you, dear Irene. Only you.
I went to Chinatown in NYC this past May and I didn't like it at all, but for different reasons. I'll never go back unless I'm pressganged into it.
