I think white tulips are a great idea. I bought some dark purple ones a few years ago that are almost black and love them.
I am waiting to plant more tulip bulbs as well. I agree, those darn squirrels!
White tulips are beautiful. You could intersperse some colored ones too if you like.
Funny, one of the magazines I read always has an ad for dig, drop, cover and it's always tulip bulbs. I guess it's that of the year?

have just been to see the flowers in Toowoomba up the mountain...they had a beautiful bed of white flowers with deep purple tulips poking through the top...just lovely too!
Tulips of any color are gorgeous!
OOhhh I think white tulips would be a great idea. I went to a tulip festival one spring and there was a plot of all white tulips with one red and white one in the center.
