I wrote yesterday that I was going to try Frank's rapini.  I used fresh rapini, not Frank's frozen, I told you I didn't like Frank. So I blanched the rapini first, and then proceeded with Frank\s recipe.  Yummy. I had leftovers for lunch with a little hot sausage on the side. (my lunch was at 10 p.m.) It's lunch somewhere in the world.
