P.S. Everyone, Anyone can learn to paint, you just have to want to. This particular piece is a Sherry Nielson Design. I've always wanted a window to look out when I do the dishes, (since my dishwasher sucks) so that's where this is going. It's pretty much done, I may just refine the spider web.

A lovely painting - what medium have you used? I've recently started to paint and I love doing it even if my efforts aren't very good.
This is a gorgeous piece. I thought it was a real bird at first. I didn't catch the couch in the background.
