Family Trees...

This card was part of a little bundle, Nancy  sent me, isn't she great. It's always such a pleasure to get mail. I've been reading posts on family trees, and anxiously awaiting the completed pages of my husbands lineage, one his cousin and I have been working on for a couple of years now. Of course this has nothing to do with dogs. But even dogs have family trees. Nancy is part of my blog family tree. For many of the talented ladies I have met over the years, blogging is how we know what's up with each other, and this is how we meet others through their branches, if you will. I read a most interesting post the other day on one of the branches of Nancy's blogs. Eat Write Create, Lennie is talented photographer and photo shop guru to many. The Nancy's branch I discovered through Carmi, our clever paper artist, and Carmi or course I discovered through Leslie, a gifted decorative artist. Carmi's Napoleon Obsession led me to Post Card Friendship Friday. Do check it out, and add to your "blog" family tree. It can only enrich your life. My tree keeps growing.

P.S. I've had dogs on my mind lately, wonder how my cat would feel about that?

Irene,

I love this post. How true it is about the Blogging tree and I'd never thought of it in this way. Wonderful! As for the dog and your cat ... I have 3 cats and sometimes get the idea I might like a dog, too. I also know that would NOT go over well with the kitties ... they don't like sharing Mom and Dad now and with a dog ... Nope ... !!!!! Happy PFF!

Great post...I too have never thought about my blogging friends as being connected to a family tree of sorts either, but I think it's a brilliant idea. Here's to the Internet..and all who sail in her! Happy PFF!

Connections ad infinitum...
Your cat feels that your mind is gone to the dogs, doggone it!
I thought people were slimmer back in the day...

Ho spesso pensato al mio albero genealogico...chissà che un giorno non mi decida di farlo !
Bel post :)
Buona giornata.

I like the expression family tree, and now there ia the blogger tree too. Which branch would PFF be in that? Or is it actually one of the roots?

I love the card! Isn't it wonderful how we connect with others through our blogs?

What a cute vintage card. I am also busy working on my family tree. Probably would have trouble doing my cat's though.

What a great post. I found myself wondering if we will engage in art geneology one of these days. In the meantime, isn't a blog tree a wonderful thought? Thanks Irene.

Very cool Irene. And I don't think your cat would be happy.
