I've had this headache for about 11 days. I haven't had one for about six years, and then BANG. It's not really there but it is. Can't read, eating is almost yukky. Yesterday was the best day I had, and then I had some of my mother's french fries. Bad move. So my posting is limited. I went out today to get some heavy duty drugs, and hopefully I'll be able to sleep and get rid of this thing. I'm so ticked off with this, I'm reading a really good book and I need to get back to it, not to mention my other adventures. And now for a decent cup of tea. If I was still working with my friend, she'd be saying it's germ warfare, and I'm the target?

Sorry to hear you are not so well Irene. I hate those headaches. I get them when I eat tooo many sugar lollies or chocolate. But sometimes i wonder about the weather too! Hope you are feeling better very soon.
Thanks so much for visiting my latest posts. I have been very slow at visiting lately. Probably because I went to visit the grand children, and then they came to visit me in their holidays! Fun! Exhausting!

Sorry to hear you're suffering with these headaches Irene. They are the worst and really affect all parts of your life don't they.
I've been well. Busy with work and just empty when I get home. Not feeling the blogging urge and don't know what I'll do with it. Longer I'm away from it the harder to get back to it.
I hope you get to feeling better! Sometimes a lingering headache is because of a lack of hydration.

capisco molto bene cosa vuol dire avere mal di testa... personalmente mi colpisce come minimo, 2 o 3 volte ogni 2 mesi... e dura per circa 3 o 4 giorni consecutivi !!!!

Yes Rosa, nothing works, you just have to wait it out. I drink plenty of warm drink, no sugar, no caffeine. But...
A headache for 11 days? I would go see a doctor! Is it a migraine? They can be horrible.
