Good Morning, Good Morning...

On Tuesdays when I post my "just for today" thoughts, one of the prompts is around the house well!(sigh). This is what's happening today around my house. I don't often get to sleep in in the morning, so today I thought it's Saturday I don't have to be anywhere before 2p.m. I'll just have a little lay in. Between my husband and my cat... that didn't happen. My husband is off on a surveillance adventure with his Private Investigators Company and he's obviously a little nervous. He's been packed for days, and yet he keeps checking his stuff, and then the cat wakes up. When we first got this cat he'd wake us up at dawn, and then we figured he's hearing those little birds in the little birdhouses my neighbor has. So I just shut the window, that gained me a half hour of sleep. Now I'm not sure what his problem is, but he wants to eat at 5a.m. so my loving son is suppose to fill up his bowl before he goes to bed, if he does not this is what I find in the morning...

He sits and waits (loudly)for his teaspoon of milk. My eldest son taught him this one, he use to get up to open the pool at 5a.m. and have cereal so they would dine together. Now he doesn't live here anymore and we're stuck with this task.

You know how you can't teach an old dog new tricks. And then he has his teaspoon, I'm fully awake and he crawls back to sleep in his swan.

By the time I get to my function at 2p.m. I'll need a nap. So good
morning, good morning.

And now I need to shop for some blue shoes...

I enjoy just laying in bed on the weekends. It's very relaxing. Enjoy the rest of your day :)

I'm just thankful you don't have a dog! Then you'd have to go outside! Sleep well :)

Love the video, that was a great movie. Our kitty is like that. He has me up at 7 every morning. Work days that's fine but the weekend. ack! Loves to get up on my chest and lick my face. Problem is once he licks a few times then it's a little nibble. Ouchie! What a way to wake up.

He's beautiful. He looks Burmese or part Burmese with that lovely lilac coat (I think you call it lavender in USA)

A beautiful looking cat! And love that special swan basket! A teaspoon of milk? A cat opens its mouth and takes a teaspoon? That is so incredible!
