A-Z Wednesday the letter "Y"Yan can cook

When I first got married a million years ago, I went wild trying new recipes, I joined the cookbook guild and have quite a library, only to discover that my husband only wanted fried baloney. Like H... he was getting fried baloney. On of my favorite cookbooks was the Yan Can Cook cookbook. It's reasonably healthy eating and quick and easy. I did a lot of woking. Anyway, this is A-Z Wednesday and it's the letter Y. I highly recommend Yan's books, for the novice or the expert cook, it's a great change and certainly tasty.

sounds interesting Irene...I don't mind cooking shows, or reading cook books...it just never translates into enjoying cooking for me unfortunately! Maybe if there were someone to do everything else?!

Thanks for your visit to my post today. Yes, it has been sunny ..apart from a very rainy day the other day!

I have been enjoying my stay, apart from the pneumonia before Christmas, and the sciatica that I have now! But it is fun to be with the family, especially the morning walks with the little grandson!

I don't really care for Asian food, but my husband would probably like it, but I would have to cook it and we would be back at square one!

I have to admit I love cookbooks. But I run into the problem of knowing I have a recipe somewhere, but not knowing which book it's in.
