Sunday Salon finds me still reading The Unquiet Dead, I'm almost finished. Thought I'd finish on my week away, but I was just having too much fun.
The is a debut novel, a Canadian author. The mystery in this book is solving someone who has fallen down a cliff, I don't know why that is so mysterious... I myself fell partially down the cliff... were it not for my companion and a passerby I may still be there. On a more serious note, the novel digs into a time in our recent history that is shameful. Most wartime stories are shameful. I know so very little about Screbrenica. Where was I? I like to have a whole lot of questions after a book. This one is no different. I have a lot of questions. Happy reading.

I hope you'll write more about this book - I know so very little about Screbrenica too. It sounds a serious book.
I have been so busy I've barely had time to read anything, Dear Irene! I must make amends. You inspire me. Happy week. xoxo
I don't remember Screbrenica either. Like Margaret, I'd like to know your thoughts on this book when you're finished.
My bff in Jr. High fell 40 ft. off a cliff on a class trip. She was pretty messed up. Broke her pelvic bone and a few others in her legs. Couldn't walk for a very long time.
I love debut novels. I also like learning about something that I know very little about.
